Construction work has now started by South West Highways under a contract from Devon County Council. Some of our local volunteers are in regular contact with the Site Agent protecting our interests and enabling us to gain some extra benefit by the reuse of the remains of the collapsed bridge which would otherwise be sent to landfill.
