Shareholders’ Meeting: May 2018

Posted on

UPDATED:  Sunday 6th May 2018.

The next shareholders meeting will be held on the Saturday morning of the L&BR Spring Gala at Woody Bay. This update serves as a reminder to all shareholders of the notice given in Trackbed Trails #19. There will be no particular agenda for this meeting, but the directors will update those attending of the developments currently being progressed by the company including the latest situation regarding transfer of the EA owned Bridwick Farm trackbed needed by the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway Trust/CIC for their Phase 2A extension.

It is hoped that a trackbed walk can be arranged hopefully on a section of track not previously walked before, but this has yet to be confirmed. However, it is suggested that those coming should wear or have available suitable footwear, especially if the ground is wet underfoot.

All interested non-shareholders and volunteers are also welcome to attend the meeting and trackwalk.
